Tony Winner Levi Kreis Cast in The Divide

We are thrilled to announce that Tony Award-winning actor Levi Kreis has joined the cast of The Divide. Levi will play the role of cowboy Tom Cutler, alongside Perry King (Sam Kincaid), Bryan Kaplan (Luke Higgins), and Luke Colombero (C.J.).

Levi is an actor of stage and film and a recording artist, who lives in New York. He is originally from Oliver Springs, Tenn. In 2010, he won a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his portrayal of music legend Jerry Lee Lewis in the Broadway production of Million Dollar Quartet.

Multitalented, Levi first came to national recognition in 2004 as a singer/songwriter, appearing on NBC’s The Apprentice. He has released six albums to date, with his original song “I Should Go” featured on the season two finale of The Vampire Diaries. His music has also appeared on Sons of Anarchy, Mob Wives, So You Think You Can Dance, Days Of Our Lives, The Young and the Restless, and in several independent films.

As an actor, Levi first appeared as Roger in the national tour of Rent, before quickly moving to the big screen with a leading role in the award-winning independent film Don’t Let Go. He next appeared as Matthew McConaughey’s brother in Bill Paxton’s directorial debut, Frailty.

In addition to his 2010 Tony Award, Levi also received an Outer Critics Circle Award and a Drama League nomination for originating the role of Jerry Lee Lewis on Broadway. Other stage credits include the 2014 four-time-Tony-nominated musical revival Violet, One Red Flower, and Smokey Joe’s Cafe.
